Contact inquiries

When you submit the contact form, ForgedFuture stores the name, work email, message, and any optional company, role, industry, company size, challenge, timing, or referral details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, manage the inquiry, and understand which site content contributed to the conversation. We do not sell this information.

Website measurement

Optional first-party analytics measure page paths, broad referral sources, campaign parameters, returning visits, active reading time, content completion, CTA exposure and clicks, outbound-link activity, and movements from a guide to the Contact page. They also record limited request information used to distinguish likely browser visits from declared search crawlers, AI crawlers, user-triggered AI fetches, social previews, and other automated clients.

For likely browser visits, reporting may include country and region, language, time zone, general device class, browser family, and operating-system family. These are broad technical signals, not verified demographic facts. ForgedFuture does not store raw IP addresses or complete user-agent strings, use fingerprinting or session replay, infer age, gender, income, or identity, or put form contents into anonymous analytics events.

Optional measurement remains off until you choose “Allow” or save it as enabled in privacy settings. If allowed, random first-party visitor, visit-count, and first/last attribution cookies are kept for up to 13 months; the session cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The consent choice itself is retained for 12 months. Choosing “Reject all optional” or closing the notice removes optional analytics cookies. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control are treated as a decline. Limited cookieless server request records may still be kept to operate, secure, and understand aggregate use of the site.

Service providers and retention

The website and its database are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Information is retained only as long as it remains useful for responding to inquiries, operating the site, and reviewing discovery performance. ForgedFuture may remove older analytics and inquiry records periodically.
